Every year across Australia, the Children’s Book Council of Australia brings children and books together by celebrating Book Week. Today, we celebrated Book Week by dressing up as our favourite character from a book and holding a book parade. At Miling PS, we value books and understand the importance of reading aloud every day so treasure Book Week and all put in a lot of effort when choosing and designing a costume.
